With over 10 years of experience at the Ministry of Interior—Egypt, he brings extensive expertise in engineering and architecture, project and portfolio management, value engineering, police administration, and public sector reform. In addition to his role, he provided professional training and academic instruction in project management and research methodology for officers and senior executives at the Police Academy, including the Police College, Training & Development Institute, and Higher Leadership Institute.
